"Business Travel" program

Informative pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679
With reference to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (below "Regulation"), which includes provisions to protect individuals and others in relation to the processing of personal data, we would like to inform you that the personal data you provide will be subject to treatment in accordance with the above-recalled legislation and the confidentiality obligations that the writer's record is required.
Purpose of treatment
The personal data provided by you, or to us given by third parties in relation to the contractual relationship with Previdir, is subject to treatment for the following purposes:

• to allow the management of the relationship with the companies associated with Previdir in relation to the statutory purposes of the Fund.

Nature of the Bestowal
The provision of the personal data referred to in this information is obligatory in nature and for it does not require the consent of the person, under Article 6, letter b of the Regulation ("treatment necessary for the execution of obligations arising from a contract of which the person is a part").
Refusing to provide such data would make it impossible to manage the contractual relationship.
Treatment and storage methods
The treatment will be carried out in an automated and/or manual form, with manner and tools, in accordance with the safety measures referred to in art. It is not the first time that the European Parliament has been involved in this debate.
We would like to point out to you that, in accordance with the principles of legality, limitation of the purpose and the minimization of data, under art. 5 of the Regulation, the retention period of your personal data is set for a period of no more than the achievement of the purposes for which it is collected and processed and in accordance with the statutory deadlines.
Scope of communication and dissemination
We inform you that the collected data will never be disseminated.
However, these data will be communicated to insurance companies and their claims settlement centres.
In addition, they may be communicated to Previdir's sales network, professional firms, accounting and budget auditing companies, charities and insurance companies, financial administration, as well as other public bodies for which there is a legal obligation to communicate in relation to the existing relationship.
Transferring personal data
Personal data is stored on servers located in Rome (ITA) within the European Union.
Rights of the person concerned
At any time, you will be able to exercise, under art. 15-22 Of the Rules the right to:
a. ask for confirmation of whether or not your personal data exists;
b. obtain information about the purpose of the processing, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom personal data has been or will be disclosed and, where possible, the retention period;
c. get the adjustment and deletion of the data;
d. get treatment limitation;
e. obtain the portability of the data, i.e. receive it from a treatment holder, in a structured format, common use and readable by automatic device, and transmit it to another controller owner without hindrance;
F. oppose treatment at any time and also in the case of treatment for direct marketing purposes;
G. automated decision-making process for individuals, including profiling.
