In all cases, the Policy Holder may choose the amounts insured of the benefits they intend to offer, as well as the choice of coverage to be insured herein. In many cases, the employer or policy holder offers a mix of mandatory benefits along with selected additional options, based on adoptinmg these benefits under a collective bargaining negotiation with employees.
When reviewing the benefits outside the context of contractual obligations, the employer or policy holder may choose any of the options that Previdir may offer for all categories and all benefits; even limiting coverage to certain exposures; for example – only extra professional risks, where requested.
