Retirees may have access to the Fund’s Supplementary Health Care Program, provided that:
- Prior to retirement, they were alrerady enrolled under a Health Care Program through Previdir, in accordance with the employer’s Company regulations
- The initial application for registration comes from the Employer of the “soon to be “ retiree , with the understanding that all financial costs are borne by the individual and not the employer
In line with the above conditions, the retirees has the right to access the many options provided for by the fund, which allows him to enjoy the same conditions as other employees.
Once the contribution obligations have been fulfilled, the relationship between the fund and the pensioneer shall be direct between themselves, without involving the ex employer.
